Liz reads: The book of Romans

Liz Shercliff is a feminist theologian and researcher. Her publications include Preaching Women: Gender, Power and the Pulpit, Out of the Shadows: Preaching Bible Women, and The Present Preacher: Discerning God in the Now. Her research focuses on the experiences of women preachers. She is a popular speaker and retreat leader. Liz teaches at the Luther King Centre in Manchester where she leads the Chaplaincy Studies programmes.

 

Accent: Liz was born in Manchester and has a Mancunian accent
